Our processes use Moneysoft Payroll Manager 100 to cover weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, and monthly sub-contractors and combinations thereof, covering all aspects of Payments including Gross, Net 20% and Un-matched 30%; Materials; VAT; CITB Levy; Retentions; Insurance; and Fees.
We offer two CIS Outsourcing services:
- Envizage Ltd provides a complete service from calculation, submission, producing the certificates and filing the CIS 300 and,
- For those currently calculating and submitting their own CIS returns, Envizage Ltd can simply add your data into the payroll so that come year end we have the full picture of the business. With both our CIS Outsourcing services, for those Limited Companies who reclaim CIS and offset against their PAYE liability, Envizage Ltd can act as Agent and complete the necessary online year end forms to reclaim to PAYE account; offset to another Business Tax i.e. Corporation Tax or; ask for it to be paid into a nominated business bank account.

From data gathering to production; filing to HMRC; to securely emailing sub-contractors their latest payslips, and CIS certificates - we'll ensure to keep your business the right side of the regulations! We will post your CIS only to the site alerting you to changes as they happen in real-time. All our payslips and CIS certificates can be emailed directly to sub-contractors, and this will be set up on an individual basis to either a personal or business email address, safely secured with a password.
